In receiving the Eucharist, we share in the life and purposes of Jesus. 

• We draw him into us so that we may become something of him.
• Through the Eucharist we share in his reconciling love.
• Holy Scripture tells us that the seeds of resurrection are planted within us whenever the receive the Eucharist. It is the Risen Lord we meet.

Something really important takes place when as Eucharistic Ministers we share the Body and Blood of Christ with our fellow Christians.
